Today I did the workout below with tabatas in between the circuit.
MAKE YOSELF BEFORE YOU BREAK YOSELF
Warm-up - 5 Minutes!
- One circuit do as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes, rest as needed
- Use dumbbells the whole workout
- Squat/Press at bottom of squat - Medium weights x 10
- Lunge/Row as you stand - Medium x 5 each leg
- Push-up/Row - Medium x 5 each leg
- Burpee - Light x 10
